Linking Producers to Markets

The RAISE Plus Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) is a broad based, multi-faceted, USAID field support mechanism. It is designed to provide short and long-term technical assistance that promotes the systemic shifts necessary to achieve more competitive, prosperous and sustainable agricultural and rural sectors in developing countries.

RAISE Plus will focus on environmentally sustainable, market driven development of food and cash crops, livestock, forests, fisheries, tourism, wildlife, and agribusinesses. It will provide assistance that contributes, but is not limited to:

1. Sector Strategy & Program Development
2. Trade Strategy Development
3. Policy Analysis
4. Input Market Development
5. Sustainable Production
6. Post-harvest Storage & Processing
7. Product Market Development, and
8. Producer Organization & Enterprise Development.
